I hope Brock and Cade stay. Davin and Clarence were shot makers. Jack Rose has 3 years left he has potential. The shorts could be going in a different direction then uwgb? Brayden Dailey is gone after two years with uwgb.

Brayden Dailey is gone after two years with uwgb. Has Dailey already announced hes gone? I mean i dont really care if he leaves cause he hasn't played but have not seen anything myself. Also, if Cade and Brock stay i would not be terribly upset or excited. I would hope their roles decrease a little bit and more front court depth comes in. The two main ones i would like to see back are Randy and CC3. Not sure on Randys eligibility but i would think he still has his COVID year if he wanted to use it.

Which guys do you think might transfer? As the previous comment notes, CC3 and Randy are pretty much the only 2 who i wouldn’t want to lose. Hopefully we’ll get some D1 transfers in the portal instead of going the Juco route again.

I don’t thin Brayden Dailey announced he’s transferring?

My own wish list to retain would be CC, Meyer, and Tucker, if he keeps playing. It would not disappoint me to see anyone else leave, but given the potential of what someone the size of Short could be, I can see wanting him around to develop him. I think Blake could fill a role on a solid team. Amari Jedkins is an unknown. I don't see anyone else on the roster as a D1 player.

Some of these guys are so young and inexperienced yet they could still grow into D1 players. I am not writing anyone off at this time.
Once we know who the next coach is then it will be a lot easier to know who is a good fit.

It’s likely someone is transferring ad josh moon has said there looking for grad transfers I don’t know what positions that’s a big man that shot block would be nice. A experienced point guard would be nice.

The AD has said in general they need to look for older more experienced players in the portal. In particular guys that may want to come back to WI that are established contributors.
I don't think he is actually saying they are looking at certain players or positions. That is for the next coach to figure out.

What do people feel about the current incoming freshmen and whether or not a coach would want to retain them?

Marcus Hall is a finalist for Wisconsin mr. Basketball. Ad josh moon said they still have a place at uwgb. And all three have said there still committed to uwgb. Marcus Hall should be able to play small forward/power forward at 6’7 he plays in the post and shoots the three. He looks like he’s college ready unlike Amari and Brayden. He is the all time scorer at his school a bucket getter. Mac Wrecke at 6’5 should be able to minutes at 2/3 positions. Klesmit can play 1/2 positions.

What do people feel about the current incoming freshmen and whether or not a coach would want to retain them? I would leave it up to the coach and trust what they believe. On paper the class looks pretty decent. However, I am not going to trust that anyone Will Ryan recruited is going to be good based on the players I have seen put on the floor in recent years.

Am I really the only one who doesn't care if Brock leaves? If he is the last man off the bench, fine, but we're screwed if he has to play any major minutes for us.

Woah. Amari redshirted. Brayden hasn’t played his first two years. Donovan didn’t play much. Cade is good. Brock is a post and three point shooter. I’m confused how Brock is a bad big man compared to what we have besides Cade?
