Oselka's game: x.com/i/status/1742453722272170372From Buckeye Fan site: 'Teams other than Ohio State have shown interest in Oselka in the past. He announced on Twitter that he made visits to both Arizona and Kansas State last summer when he was in the United States for an international basketball event. Oselka is also likely still currently serving his required term in the Israeli military. By law, each Israeli citizen — both men and women — are required to serve in the military starting at the age of 18, with men being required to serve at least three years and women for at least two years. This means Oselka would have to be a 21-year-old freshman in college if he chooses to play for Ohio State or another school, something that is rare within college basketball and college athletics as a whole. One instance of this occurring is on the Ohio State women’s tennis team, when current junior Shelly Bereznyak, who joined the program in 2021-22 after serving her required military term as a 21-year-old freshman. Ohio State currently has one open roster spot for the 2023-24 season. If Oselka is to finish his military service and join the Buckeyes, he would be the third frontcourt player to join the Buckeyes this offseason."

If we get Caleb Hunter, we only need another big (6'8"+) to provide front line depth (prefer a more physical big, as we are currently lacking). This is going to be a fun team to watch!

Maybe that next big we may possibly get is just from down the road in Denmark, in Patrick Sumenick. Caleb Hunter would also be a big pickup as a true PG.

Scott Venci on the UW Green Bay recruiting, "just like everything else since Gottlieb was hired by UWGB with no college coaching experience and a national radio show, anything seems possible."

Does uwgb need another big maybe not. But Patrick suemenick. The hometown kid. Would give a uwgb a older big. Rose is actually old 21 years old for a freshman but Patrick old college experienced big. Uwgb in the sense of college experience is young.

Sweet Jesus, you have to be cheering for Jeremiah Johnson. This is a quote from the 247 story, "During his sophomore year, Johnson ranked as a Top50 recruit and was in the midst of a big season but was devastatingly cut short one night when he was the victim of a shooting, taking two gunshot wounds that put him in critical condition. Thankfully, Johnson made it out of the hospital and after losing nearly 50-pounds he began to recover and months later he made his return to the hardwood." There are multiple articles saying like going back to West Virginia is not really an option. Now Utah the former head coach of West Virginia went there. Josh eibert is an assistant there maybe they would have interest?
Wisconsin badgers is in that article here. It’s about what teams have interest. It would be kind of shocking if none of these would be on his final list.

The team is going to be athletic and play a fun brand of basketball, even if they lose a bunch we should get some fun highlights out of this team.
