Kellog already committed to Concordia St. Paul, Minnesota. Probably the right move for him. He will get playing time. I agree that GB needs to shoot higher.

Welp Reynolds went to Wisconsin. That’s disappointing.

Welp Reynolds went to Wisconsin. That’s disappointing. It had been a few days, I was still hoping he would come to GB. I am tired of Wisconsin taking players that I think would be good in GB. Wisconsin should be competing with Michigan and Purdue for players.

The biggest challenge for a new coaching staff is knowing which players are are worth investing time recruiting. What is realistic and what is a delusional dream? The good news -- the transfer portal has more than 2,000 players as of tonight. JUCO and high school seniors are being overlooked these days, Got to find some overlooked, undervalued student/athletes who want a chance at building something new and special.

I don't disagree, but it bothers me to see a player give up an opportunity to shine in Green Bay at the risk of not being featured elsewhere. Green Bay has had players excel overseas and in the NBA. Players who may not have seen playing time at Wisconsin.

This is a message board. We share opinions. My opinion is it's dumb for a basketball player with the potential to make solid money as a pro basketball player to go to a program that's terrible at skill development, and only focuses on system development.

As opposed to GB which has a recent track record of doing neither? This is going to be an uphill battle when the big guys get involved.

Who knows what the kid wants? Maybe he is content playing in the Big Ten at a school with vast resources. To question someone else's decision and label it terrible is pretty sad. It's his life. Live and let live.

I don’t think people understand the effect NIL has on players decisions. Isaac Lindsey hardly played for the Badgers this season and he was given a brand new SUV as part of an NIL deal with a Madison dealership. And this is the 5th guy off the bench. What is GB offering players to compete with this? I’m guessing the best GB player doesn’t get anything close to this.

Reynolds going to UW is his choice and I'm not going to rip on it. For as much as I don't want to admit it there are still good reasons to go there beyond basketball.
From a basketball perspective it is fair to say that since the turn of the century they have had 6 NBA draft picks and in the past decade 3 draft picks. They had a couple of other guys get some looks. At one point last year GB had more guys in the NBA than UW did. If you want to be a pro UW is probably not the place to go.
As for GB, if you get good grades (3.0+gpa) you will likely get $12,000 of NIL. If you are a star it is likely to be more.
Noah joining UW is bad for Kamari most likely.
I'm disappointed GB didn't get him but there are other good players available that can make an impact in GB.

I highly doubt he gets to keep the car. Still a sweet deal no doubt about it!!

Can't fault the kid for wanting to play at the highest level. Reynolds gets the best of both worlds - closer to his family in Peoria and GB and he gets to play in a Power 5 league in a great college town. Good for him.
It doesn't make it any less annoying that the Badgers keep taking guys that probably belong at Green Bay's level instead of the Big Ten. Could be part of the reason why they missed the tournament this past season!

I wonder why Jandy wanted to add Eli king to the list he’s from Minnesota? Uwgb has known interest in him? Sorry I should have been more clear. Heard he will be visiting GB along with the others I mentioned.
