Nice video, like that they pick 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses to improve upon. It's true you're either getting better or getting worse staying the same is not a option.

Living in Tulsa and now on the left coast I haven't had a chance to see the Nix practice gym. I love what I saw in this video....lots of light...with the high windows. Most of the practice gyms I've seen over the years are dungeons

Used to play pickup in there, a couple years ago when I went to school there, when they weren't practicing. nice and bright, awesome floor.

The practice court itself is very nice. It is open and bright while the floor is forgiving. I have played some pickup on the Kress Arena floor and I would say it is the same thing.
The thing I don't like about the men's practice gym is the locker room. The entrance is down a random hallway, it isn't very grand. The room itself is nicely done but it isn't that big. For as much money as they spent and as much space as they have to work with I would have preferred to see something a little more welcoming and spacious. It feels a bit like an after thought as opposed to a center piece that would really set the place apart for recruits.
