Rob Demovsky goes in depth with the idea of Fouling up 3 late in game for today's column: Study shows odds favor fouling when leading late by 3Very interesting stuff. Does anyone know of an established coach that actually does this? I agree they should, but nobody does it.

I read it and if the stats are even close 8-10 seconds or less you foul. I also understand most coaches think their defense will stop them. But again if the stats are close you have to use your head not your heart. I will look for it online to read the whole thesis, but I know we were yelling foul in the WSU game? This season has been a lot of could've, would've, should've and didn't pull out the win most of the time. I still beleive in BW and think he's learning. Remember he's a young coach and will only get better! He didn't have the head coaching experience that others had at lower levels so there is a learning curve. It's just hard for me to watch sometimes.
