Does anyone know if there's a radio broadcast for the GB games? I've looked in all the most likely places - AM1360, 1400 and 1440 - and haven't found anything yet.

For a program that claims to be “Northeast Wisconsin’s Division I Team” they sure seem to make a lot of moves that are counterintuitive to that slogan.

My guess is the radio didn’t want to keep paying to carry the games. Most of their audience is going to be old, so this is surprising. People my age are more than fine listening to an app on my phone but those grey hairs won’t do that.

I'm 57 years old, with plenty of gray hair, and don't own a radio. (Except for the one in my cars where I have never used either AM or FM.) This isn't that big of a deal.

GB now has the same crew for the radio and ESPN+ coverage (Brian Kuklinski and Bill Rabeor).It is certainly a cost cutting move. I would be curious as to how many people are using the MIXR app vs just watching on ESPN+. MIXR seems like a hard way to encourage a non diehard fan to follow along.

I tuned in because of the technical difficulties. It said 15 fucking people were listening. Why even broadcast these games if that’s the case? They should be embarrassed to even post that number.
