Cummings needs to be in that line-up and have Eames come off the bench but a key part of the rotation. I always like to look at a team through the lens of rotation players rather than those who start the game. Match-ups will always dictate playing time. My expectation is that Wicks and Company will spread out the minutes to keep the team fresh. Lots of players will get a chance to see the court. In past years, particularly the last three, a lack of depth has absolutely killed the chances to do anything, especial in March.

If you have Jones and Cummings in the starting line up that would be awesome to guys very similar didn’t think about it lock down defenders. Eames and antshak similar. It will be fun.

C: Byhre PF: Jones SF: Wonders SG: Cummings PG: Reynolds
Wicks wants 2 ball handlers up top, Cummings is our 2nd best player, and will have the ball in his hands a lot.
Really good starting 5, but depth remains a major issue, because of all the youth. Hopefully Jedkins continues to surprise, and they find a worth while taker for the last scholarship.

I’m the same with my potential starting 5:
C: Byhre PF (errrrrr….point forward) Jones SF: Wonders SG: Cummings PG: Reynolds
I can see Eames as essentially a 6th starter and Antchack getting minutes because of his size. I see Reudinger being the primary guard off the bench but after that it’s a crap shoot with the roster. At that point you have freshmen and walk ons that still need to develop physically. We shall see what shakes out with the roster and which of those freshmen develop over the summer. I do like the size and length that Coach Wicks has brought in. Hope GB has a strength coach that can work miracles. The Will Ryan era was not good at this, and it showed even when they got off the bus.

Can’t forget about Ryan Wade. He can shoot it and not too bad defensively. He will contribute this year.

I thought I'd put this here, a chance to get to know something about one of the season's key players.
