Uwgb according to portal report is talking William kondrat. From d’youville. Averaged 18 ppg. Athletic 6'7" combo forward. Grad transfer from D2 school. Redshirted as a walk on in his lone year at D1 Albany. Tollerable 3 point shooter, his best trait is attacking off the dribble and in transition. Really came on late in the year, averaged 30 ppg over his last 5.

Is uwgb really going to have 16 players this year? Use the last open scholarship? I think the answer is yes, but the situation is fluid, they won't give the scholarship to just anyone. I also think there's still a possibility of a walk-on big. Talented kid with d2 offers who might want to bet on himself. Don't look for anything to happen with Kondrat quickly, as it's still being determined if he actually has a 6th year of eligibility.

It would be shocking to me if they there not looking at Nelson Reynolds? He is nic Reynolds and Noah Reynolds brother? He’s a 6’2 guard like his brother juco player.

Yes he spoke in depth in the zoom call. Wrecke can’t play d1 defense something like that coming from arrowhead something like that. Hall coming from small high school. The walk ons dutro needs to hit weight room. Blanton needs to learn the college game. He not all of them will redshirt. The walk ons probably it will be a combination of the 4. Maybe the two walk ons and either wrecke or hall he said maybe someone surprises. Actually 5 David Douglas could redshirt. He’s small at 170 lbs needs to hit weight room. So the walk ons. And Douglas, wrecke, hall one of them.

According to you it sounds like Wicks is pretty negative about the freshman coming in. To say a player can't play defense because of the school he plays at is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Did he say what his plan for player development is? Hall and Douglas both are from small schools, so they can't play either? Seriously? Domask played high school at Beaver Dam didn't he? He turned out to be a pretty good college player. I see Hall as Marcus Domask 2.0. He never really got a close look at any of the transfers he recruited. can Wonders Play defense? All we ever hear is his scoring. All I am saying is most freshman need to be developed. I would like to hear about his plan for player development. I would also like to know more about the offense and defense he plans on using and what is a modern offense anyway? This is what he should have been talking about on his zoom. Well maybe he will talk about it on the podcast.

Marcus Hall is a really good player, but "up north" basketball simply isn't the same caliber of basketball played in the rest of the state. Domask was seriously dominant at Waupon. I appreciate Wicks honesty, nothing was more annoying than when TK would constantly anoint an incoming freshman as the next big savior.

Rumors out of a Zoom call may be worse than when a journalist snippets parts of an article to take the comment out of context.

Coach Wicks is super pumped about all of these guys coming in. At other events he gushed over them while also pointing out that they have work to do.
Hall and Douglas look on the thin side. Wrecke has a ready to go body, he has to use it on both ends. This is just helping to frame expectations. At the height and skill these guys have, if they didn't have something to improve on they would be in the Big Ten.
If Wicks wasn't excited to have these guys they wouldn't be here.
