Social media report that Coach Baldwin may be out in Milwaukee.
@nickbrazzoni · 20h "Sources: Pat Baldwin Sr. likely on his way out at UW-Milwaukee.
This obviously makes for a material change in circumstances surrounding Pat Baldwin Jr’s recruitment. A recent development that helps explain the delay in the prized prospect making a college decision..."
I'm not sure how reliable the source is, Brazzoni is or was the sports content editor of the Badger Herald. On further review, does this source pass the smell test?

PBJ is making his announcement tomorrow, Hope he doesn’t choose UWM, but sources are pretty sure that’s his choice. That means PBS isn’t going anywhere. Fingers crossed he decides to go elsewhere.

For both father and son, I suspect all options have been on the table since the season ended.

I hope he picks UWM. It would be great exposure for the league and add a little juice to the rivalry for a season. It would be pretty fun to watch a future lottery pick lose at the Resch Center.

He committed to UWM. I definitely don’t like UWM, but I still think this is pretty awesome for the league.

It will be interesting to see how long PBJ stays at UWM before making the NBA jump. I’ll give him 2 years especially if UWM gets to an NCAA tourney.

If he is as good as advertised, one year more of home cooking.

Good decision by the young man. His dad may not be a top Horizon League coach, but he's better than what Coach K has devolved into.
I think the kid is a little overrated, but he's still tall, smooth, and smart.

It is cool for UWM and hopefully adds a little excitement to the league overall.
I think it takes a lot more than just one superstar player to win the Horizon League title. I also think there will be a lot of pressure on him to deliver wins while averaging 20/8/5 or more every night. I think people will start asking questions about how good is he if he doesn't. I don't think that is necessarily fair but that is my perception for a league that has lost some of its shine.
While I think this is cool it isn't the choice I would have made or asked my own child to make. I would have gone to Duke, not needed to deliver as many stats and not carry all the pressure to deliver wins all while locking up a top 5 spot in the 2022 NBA draft. So he is taking the road less traveled, I hope he doesn't get lost.

Sorry Nick......PBJ is coming to UWM and PBS is staying at UWM. Looks like someone wasa trying to sway PBJ's decision.

If he performs, he will be good or someone will get a great steal late in the draft. His pops was a solid point guard and if Te'jon would have stayed, that would have been really good since Te'jon loves pick and roll or pick and pop. He missed he entire Senior season right and that didn't hurt his recruiting at all. This is nothing but great for the Horizon League and they will ride it for sure, just hope they do call some fouls on him once in a while
