Game is on Thursday at 6pm.
CSU is really struggling to get wins and play 40 minutes. Their best player, Appleby, is likely out. Another rotation guy is suspended and will miss the game.
This is a big road trip for GB, they need this win to start off on a good note. It is tight in the standings from seed 2 to seed 9 (aka not in the conference tournament).
I feel like this team is so close to putting together a hot streak. I would love to see it start Thursday in a game they should win.

This is a MUST win game for Linc. I don’t think he’s on the hot seat just yet, but it is certainly getting warmer, and with the up and down season he’s having, he can’t afford a loss to 1-10 CSU. Usually I am satisfied with a split on these conference road trips, but at this point in the season, they need a sweep. I’m confident they can get it done and hope we’ll be celebrating a couple wins!

Solid win! Good start to the road trip! Also one of the quickest games of the season, which is cool too!

I know it was just a scuffling CSU team but I have to give credit when I think credit is due. That was a well-played game from GB. I thought all ten guys who played made an impact on the game.
Some things that stood out to me include the offense having a ton more movement. I thought Cody looked very aggressive on both ends. On offense that spinning drive for a mid range jumper was tough. I thought Sandy did a great job of contributing even when he wasn’t scoring. As the game went along then he took on a bigger scoring load, he was very good last night. I think GB had 5 or 6 dunks, that is RP40 at its finest. Going end to end for easy buckets. I also thought GB showed its maturity over CSU. When Appleby had a big dunk to cut it to 3 points the entire CSU team was celebrating. GB had the ball back up the court and scored with an “And 1” in maybe 5 seconds. Even when GB had big plays the guys hustled right back into position. They scored 82 points in a game that JayQuan never really got rolling. This team is loaded and just needs to keep playing this way.
On to YSU who has won 3 straight but needed a miracle to win last night at home. Still they haven’t been a good matchup for GB in the recent past.
The team is 6-5 in the league. Detroit is scuffling a bit, a top 3 seed is within range if they keep it rolling.

Great Game last night and nice win! Keep it going! When players make shots inside and out, everything flows very nicely at both ends and you can keep momentum!
