National TV tonight, 8:00 on FS1. Creighton is down this year but it's obviously still a massive challenge to win on the road in Omaha. Green Bay will need to take advantage of some Blue Jay defensive lapses and hope they miss some threes. Creighton is second in the country in 3FG% at 45.2% (behind only Indiana State). The Phoenix started as an 18 point underdog but the line (as of 11:00 AM) is down to 15.5. Omaha World Herald: On track to be Greg McDermott's worst defensive team, Jays working to prevent letdowns

That play before the half was idiotic basketball. You hold for one shot and worst case be down 7. They play so undisciplined it is unreal. That’s on coaching. Foul trouble didn’t help either

This is the first time I've seen GB this year. They definitely have some talent, but too many guys seem more interested in 1 on 1 ball on offense instead of looking for teammates when attacking. Somehow they need to learn to value possessions better than they have tonight if they want to be a top mid-major.

The sad part is this was a very winnable game. Too many undisplined plays and missed fts prevented that. Story of a Linc Darner team.
Sunday is going to be a massacre

The first GB vs Michigan State game I ever saw was in 1991. Phoenix lost by 2 on a buzzer shot by future NBA All-Star Steve Smith. I don't expect the next matchup between these schools to be anywhere close to that in terms of competetiveness.

Creighton hit 15 threes last night. If they only hit 8 of those it’s a different ball game. Overall I’m ok with the performance. Silly turnovers and fouls but all correctable. Still think this team can cause some damage come Horizon League play

I didn't watch too closely but turnovers and cold shooting/questionable shot selection did them in as the second half went on.
Creighton did very well on fast break points and points off of turnovers.
The other thing I noticed was GB lost #24 a few times. He is best shooter for CU and their second leading scorer.
After the BGSU debacle they battled on the boards in this game.
The Cohen dunk was sweet!
Cash the check and move on...
