Not sure what game you watched but Green Bay shot 68% from the line, which is about average, while Stanford shot 59% from the line. Green Bay allowed Stanford to shoot 52% from the floor, and fouled 35 times. That's absolutely dreadful defense. Stanford solved the full court press, as D1 teams will do, and Green Bay then got destroyed in the half court game. Did it not bother you that on multiple occasions we were shooting three at the line and missed all three? Multiple occasions? Sorry, but I still don't know what game you watched. It happened once, and that player made 8 of his other 9. Stanford won shooting 59% from the line. They won because they defended, their 12 blocked shots were the difference.

Is it me, or does Lowe look like he is lumbering every time he makes a move in the post? You almost want to dub in the sound effects from the Six Million Dollar Man when Lowe gets the ball. If we keep getting little production from him as a starter, it would be better to start Kanter instead. WHAT?!?!?!?! You don't say... In all seriousness, Lowe once again failed as an excuse for a D1 player. Kanter was obviously the better big man and should be allocated minutes accordingly. I am dead serious when I say that Lowe could not have started at SNC the past two years. Greszk loves Lowe's game. Lowe would have been a D3 All-American at SNC, averaged 30 PPG, and with him they'd won the National Title.

Your sarcasm fails to accomplish anything, but I'll humor your attempt at humor and remark that he could not have started over Hofacker or Anderson in the past two years, fact.

Oh year, I forgot about the offers those two had to New Mexico, or the AAU tourney MVPS they won. Your Lowe hate has become boorish.

It's year 3 and we haven't seen him come to fruition. I couldn't care less about high school accolades or the random scholarship offer.

I am not on either side of this debate but getting on Lowe today seems a little odd considering he just had his best game ever and it was an impressive display. November 17th might be known as Kenny Lowe day going forward for Phoenix fans. I know he has flaws and I know he has been inconsistent but this doesn't seem like the day to beat the drum.
I thought they did a good job of putting him out in space with the ball and letting him work, he has really good handles for a guy his size and scored a bunch of points by just driving past or around his guy.

I think Lowe will continue to thrive in this system. He has solid interior moves for a guy of his side and can do things facing the basket and in transition.
