Yes, though the second home game might not be as much of an RPI boost...Head Coach Ron Hunter's son is an NBA prospect and might not stick around for his senior year if GSU can make some noise this year Parker, both games with GSU are in December of 2014 so if GSU is good and GB beats them it should be an RPI boost for this season. Ah...one of those home & home's...didn't read that very well. Yes, GSU should be a nice RPI boost

Just playing another high RPI team is a boost. Hopefully GSU has a great season and are a top 50 RPI team. Even if we split with them it would give Green Bay a resume win.

Some intriguing games in the Horizon League on opening weekend
Friday:
Cleveland State at Iona
Belmont at Wright State
Rochester (MI)at Detroit
Oakland at #14 Iowa State
East Tenn St at Valparaiso
UIC at DePaul
Milwaukee at Auburn (8:00, ESPNU)
Saturday:
Illinois-Springfield at Green Bay
Kent State at Youngstown State
Hopefully Cleveland State can take care of business on the road against a decent Iona team. WSU beating Belmont at home would be huge but I won't hold my breath. Detroit, Valpo, and GB should all win. Hopefully UWM can beat Auburn, they surprised Davidson on the road early last season. Oakland, UIC, and Youngstown St will probably get blown out.

Besides Green Bay, another HL team picked up a big win this week, with Detroit going on the road to knock off MAC favorite Toledo.

Looks like Oakland knocked off Toledo as well...early struggles for Coach K. Valpo has a nice record but hasnt really beaten anyone. Detroit looks like the biggest challenger at this point. Cleveland State has been disappointing but gets Toledo at home this week.

A nice HL win this week for WSU, who knocks off Belmont on the road.
A brutal loss for UW-Milwaukee, as they give SIU-Edwardsville their 1st D1 win of the year. SIU-E made just 13-28 free throws and still won. The loss drops UW-Milwaukee to 312th in RPI.
