Would a 4-1 with UW be better than the deal we currently have with Marquette?

I really don't think so. I was at the Marquette and I know they are afraid to come back to GB. Their coach Buzz Williams ran over a Reporter trying to get off the floor. I was laughing so hard it really was very funny. Just as when GB goes to Marquette our chance of winning goes way down. I was also at the UW game and know they got lucky. So right now I would love to see a 2/1 but know they are afraid to come here. I also know they get a nice payday when they come here! They do 2/1 with other Mid-Majors but want to hold UWM and GB hostage? Marquette is on a real downturn, maybe the new Coach will turn it around. But I think they're the 4th best D1 team in the State! I think GB can get good competion on a 1/1 basis right now. As was menthioned E. Michigan, Creghtion, Drake and etc. They are very good teams and have a mutual need.

Green Bay plays at Wisconsin on November 19. No details yet as to what the series will be.

I am happy to hear GB is playing Wisconsin again. I would prefer a more favorable agreement, but in liew of that, I hope there are some financial benefits of playing in Madison. In any case, it is an easy trip and I follow both teams. (Green Bay 1st)

The current Coach doesn't like that and that's how it got changed to the 10 yr 8 in Madison and 2 in GB. www.greenbaypressgazette.com/story/sports/college/uwgb/2014/08/20/uwgb-wisconsin-likely-take-year-year/14367693/

The Phoenix will host Morehead State on December 17th. Solid game. Morehead went 20-14 a year ago and played in the CIT.

This is what it looks like unofficially so far:
11/14 vs. Illinois Springfield 11/19 @ Wisconsin 11/24 to 11/26 Gulf Coast Classic 12/1 vs. Minnesota Duluth 12/6 @ Miami 12/13 vs. Drake 12/19 vs. Morehead State 12/22 to 12/23 Las Vegas South Point Holiday Hoops Classic (Arkansas Little Rock and Bradley or UC Irvine) 12/31 vs. Chicago State
My opinion is that the 2 non D1 games shine a really negative light on what would be a decent schedule so far. The only true road games are at high majors, one of which might be winnable. The two tournaments are filled with respectable mid majors and are both winnable. Finally 2 of the 3 D1 home games are against respectable opponents and to be fair CSU has come along way. I believe they would like to schedule one more game to get to 31 games. If that can be a D1 game home or away against a decent team that will really help boost this schedule up.

Don't forget that we're down to a 16 game conference season, so they'll be 2-3 more non conference games. One will be at home. With the opener be played on the 14th, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Nix play at Nebraska on the 16th. Nebraska has been offering a huge guarantee for that date. D2 games can get annoying, but all mid majors are now using those games to fill their home schedule. It's unfortunately become a necessity.

16 conference games + 12 known non confernce games + 1 more non conference games = 31 games total when you try to add just after you wake up in the morning!! You are right there are 2 to 3 more to schedule. I would take the Nebraska money and run, the early season schedule is looking light.
The RPI formula should count those non d1 games as a negative, then mid majors might go play each other home and away more. If the games had a negative incentive then teams will slow down on playing them in my opinion.
