I have a great deal of faith in the energy that Coach Wicks and his staff bring to GB. The construction of a roster looks to be a challenge but doable with the transfer rule changes. The head coach and AD's efforts so far on the community outreach level have been missing prior to their arrival. Perhaps it is a minor issue -- but would whoever is responsible for the "official" Green Bay webpage delete the links to the former coaching staff? It really doesn't take much and it shows a fundamental lack of commitment. I've managed college webpages, a church webpage and a fan webpage. What I'm pointing out should take someone who cares about five minutes maximum.

It is hard to overstate how little buzz this hire has generated locally. Part of this is due to the state of local media everywhere, but outside of the initial press conference, I haven't heard a peep from any news source. The amount of work that needs to be done to revive this program is stunning.

I've seen some promising content on social media and that needs to be stepped up even more. The AD and coaches need to be seen in the community. Whenever two or more people are gathered in northeastern Wisconsin -- have a representative of the program. That should be the goal. Rotary, American League, Kiwanis and Lions Clubs need speakers. A tip of the hat to this independent fan webpage.

It looked to me they just posted a video of the workout. It looked to me Ryan Wade was working out with the team. Now him and Clarence Cummings are still in the transfer portal. And it known that Clarence Cummings is probably coming back to uwgb. Who knows about Ryan Wade but if that was him practicing/working out with the team the team today that is not a bad sign of him staying.

Yep, wherever two or more people are gathered. No stone unturned. ;-)
The best promotion of the past season had all those school kids packing the Resch. Great idea, good vibes and seeds of interest.
