The exit of Aaron Armstead is not totally unexpected with his family's move to California. He showed his potential in the game against Valpo. I'm sure the addition of Sultan Muhammad was in response to Aaron's departure and getting a player of that quality suggests Coach Wardle and Company knew what would be happening.
Alonzo McKinnie is a classic last bloomer in the Nate Barnes tradition. If you don't know who Nate was in Nix Basketball history ask a longtime GB fan. (a great story about the best rebounder in school history)
And who wouldn't take a 7-2 walk-on who showed promise after just a few years of organized ball? Ryan Bross of Menomonee Falls has the look of someone who will contribute on the practice court and eventually at game time when Alec Brown heads to pro ball. ; - )

What are the chances of GB getting Josh Humphrey's brother Matt, since he has left BC (graduation) and has a year of eligibility remaining?? He was their 2nd leading scorer last season....

Good question concerning Matt Humphrey. rumor was that Matt was heading to Depaul, but Chicagohoops claims Matt is still wide open, and they don't speculate any possible landing spots for him. He was thought to be interested in Kentucky, but that is unlikely now because Julius Mays has landed there. I have yet to see Matt connected to Green Bay, which is surprising because you'd think he'd at least explore playing with his brother. He is considered a strong defender, but is a rather inefficient offensive player. Wardle usually recruits efficient offensive players that share the ball and only take good shots. He doesn't normally recruit volume scorers. It will be interesting to see how the roster situation plays out. We'll likely learn more when Rob Demovsky returns from vacation.

Wardle doesn't always recruit efficient offensive players. After all the only reason we are talking about Matt Humphrey is because of his brother Josh, who is far from efficient. At least Josh has the good sense not to force his offensive game at this point in time.
As for Matt, you have to like the experience. You have to wonder how he would fit on the court and it will hard to overlook that this will be his 3rd D1 stop. I am guessing he is looking for a faster tempo and a team that can dance asap compared to BC.
