It appears that The Bar West will have a viewing party. Good job by the department to get that set up on short notice- hopefully they inform people that it is not on TV and they get a good crowd. It looks like Hagemeister Park downtown will have the game on as well.

Just to reiterate what a joke this broadcast is, unless I’m missing something, there is no ability to use chromecast with the video player.

Up 2 at the half. GB looked good but kind of limped into halftime, Marshall on a 12-3 run to end of the half.

The refs didn’t help and were completely awful but this game proved this team still can’t win on the road. I guarantee if they played on the road at all before this game they wouldn’t have made the title. They only beat ETSU cause they were missing their coach and two starters. When the crowd isn’t behind them they fold like a chair.
Not sure what their offensive game plan was supposed to be the last ten minutes of the game but that was terrible. One on 3 or 4 pretty much every time.
Good season but Sandy disappeared in the second half similar to the wright st game. Hopefully this run gives them some momentum but this type of ending stings.

Yes it would of been great to win but not one bit disappointed in this team. The all day travel and late night caught up to them in the second half.
Yes the offense faded in the last ten minutes so that will be hanging over the guys head all off season. Coach Darner needs to figure out how to draw up a set or two when his hero ball type offense does not work.
Will be an interesting off season ahead but momentum has been built for next year. Only 6 short months away from Green Bay taking the court again. Can’t wait!

The end of the first half/whole second half had the @ Younstown, Oakland, Bowling Green feel to it that everything just snowballed. Sandy did not play well and outside of Tank, there wasn't anything going on whatsoever.

Hemphill with a double-double tonight. For the team -- take the experience, learn and grow. Next year looks promising. One final note, to one particular poster -- do you always pee in campfires?

Marshall took away things that other teams weren't able to and thus some hero ball happened. Marshall had some nice players that required a lot of attention and let other lesser players take advantage.
No shame in losing this game but it did feel GB had them on the ropes and was going to win.
Keep the momentum rolling as a program now.

Same could be said for Marshall. They played every game at home. Guess thats why they call it home court advantage. The team played an amazing game on Tuesday, won in overtime then from what I’ve read left around noonish the next day for Milwaukee airport and didn’t arrive in West Virginia til the wee hours of the morning. Thinking maybe fatigue was a factor. Regardless of last nights outcome, All I’ve heard around town is new found excitement for the program and these athletes. Which means more fans and support. Way to go Phoenix!,, I’m not sure anything this team or staff does would make a of the couple naysayers happy, but form all the buzz generated around this amazing post season run thank goodness you couple are the minority and not the majority. Excited as most for the future of this team!!!!!! GO PHOENIX!!!!!!
