Looks like no live coverage only live streamed... (This from Greenbay website...) Where to Watch: CBS Sports Digital >> www.WatchCIT.com (Free live video stream) TV: No live TV coverage According to Wikipedia last year cbs sports network broadcast both the semifinals and the finals. Why did they change it? Their ratings most really been terrible for these games more so than re runs of old NCAA tournament games. I was at a friends house and looked at the tv listings for yesterday and tomorrow and it said ncaa tournament. At first I thought it was a typo and they just meant CIT but nope. So dumb. I would not waste my time in this tourney in the future if no TV games are possible. Even the pathetic CBI gets ESPNU games.

Guys, I spent my working life in television and cable. We're in a world of millions if not more video options on various platforms. Every outlet is looking for product and a way to draw eyeballs to their platform. Why do you think the new Star Trek was put on CBS Digital rather than broadcast? CBS ponied up 10.8 billion-dollars for NCAA Tournament rights. The CBS executives want to get their nickles worth. That's why the rebroadcasts. At the same time, CBS Sports Digital is the future and needs a product. (CIT Tournament) It's a new video/digital world and it takes some getting used to -- smart TV's, Amazon Fire Stick, Sling TV, Roku, HULU, Netflix, YouTube, Philo, HBO Go, PlaystationView, all the historic networks with unique digital programming and I bet I forgot a few others. Executives are trying to figure out this world. The term broadcaster might be obsolete. Think of what's going on as narrowcasting. College basketball fans will seek out programming. Disappointing for Nix and Herd fans, yes, but I'll be watching and thankful to have the access.
Rant over...

I don't mind games not being on network tv in most cases. In this case my watchit experience has been below average. All of the ways Tulsa mentioned operate like new world cable and work great. Meanwhile watchit is like early HLN level quality, it makes the tournament championship feel smaller than it is.

This is the championship- it should be able to be played at a sports bar without them going out of their way with a computer and HDMI setup. It appears that The Bar West will have a viewing party. Good job by the department to get that set up on short notice- hopefully they inform people that it is not on TV and they get a good crowd.
I remember watching UIC play Northern Colorado on CBS Sports Network last year and believe that this is the first time since the CIT has been existence that the title game was not on either CBS Sports Network or Fox Sports Regional. It may be minor but it is less exposure for the program. Best exposure will be to the gamblers having something else to bet on besides the NIT title game.

It would be less of a hassle if CBS Digital was available on any of the platforms that you mentioned like Roku or Xbox since we are all pretty conditioned to watch games that way now on ESPN+. As far as I can tell there isn’t anyway to watch it on a TV without hooking up a laptop like it’s 2010. First world problems I know, but it’s a championship game! Pretty bush league and just gives ammo to everyone who talks about how dumb these third tier tournaments are.

An Internet-connected TV does it with little hassle and I'm no tech genius. I'd pick up a phone and have an engineer come down the hallway to my office. Yes, there is a PO factor but the guys are still playing and I've been following the team since 1969.

I bet if one of the teams was from a substantially bigger market, CBS would find a way to get this on the air.....but you can thank capitalism for no one caring about the little guy!

Apple TV does the trick for me. Start streaming it on my phone and then click a button and boom it’s streaming on my tv through my phone. Sounds difficult but very simple.

I do the same, but with a chrome cast. Again, this is more about program exposure than a minor inconvenience for us dedicated viewers, though.

I remember the game against UIC that was on ESPNU and afterwards you can tell more than die hard Phoenix fans watched it based on all the twitter mentions Green Bay had. Therefore I am disappointed as well it was dropped.

Marshall is a young team lead by 6-3 senior Jon Elmore. herdzone.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=4628 This guy is one of the best shooters I've seen in a long time. He makes unbelievable contested shots and his range starts in the parking lot. Defense on him will be the key. Elmore doesn't look big, isn't the fastest on the court but he knows how to pass and put the ball in the hole. Here are his stats.
Jon Elmore Stats: Points: 2,619 (1st in Marshall scoring history, passed Skip Henderson (85-88) earlier this year 2,574, 1st in CUSA) Assists: 780 (1st in Marshall assists. passed Greg White (78-81) earlier this year 701, 1st in CUSA) 3 Pointers: 355 (1st in Marshall 3 pointers. passed Austin Loop(14-17) earlier this year 293, 1st in CUSA) Free Throws Made: 678 (1st in Marshall, passed Tamar Slay (98-01) earlier this year 667, 1st in CUSA)
Elmore is the only college player in NCAA history to amass 2500 points and 750 assists. He is also the only player in NCAA history to be a conference point and assist leader. Also in his last game he set another record with his father Gay Elmore who played at VMI (83-87) as the most points scored of a father son duo with 5,038 points passing Dell and Steph Curry with 5,020.
Elmore isn't the whole team though, here will be your starting line up: Jon Elmore PG (Senior) Jannson Williams F (Sophomore) Jarrod West SG (Sophomore) CJ Burks SG (Senior) Darius George PF/SF (Sophomore)
1st off the bench: Taevion Kinsey PF/SF/SG (Freshman) Rondale Watson SG/F (Senior) Iran Bennett C (Red Shirt Freshman)

I'm glad to hear that McCloud should be available tonight. We'll need all the offensive weapons we have since tonight will probably be a track meet.
Marshall is favored by 5.5

OK, my take. I just watched the Marshall vs Hampton game and here is my take.
* No one on the Marshall team scares me at all * We have played against better all around scorers * We have played against better rebounders * We have played against better defenders * We have played against faster offenses * We have played against better shooters * Really, I think Texas Southern was a better team based on the film I watched...
So unless I missed something watching their last game, I'm really filling good about this game and cutting down the net.
The only thing that can keep us from winning this game is the hometown refs...
Pre-game starts now... Go GB... #MarchMadness

Love the confidence from Panther.
The only thing that scares me is this game is on the road therefore which Green Bay team shows up?

Judging from one game Marshall has two scorers. They win "if" both scorers meet their season averages and at least one other player steps up. Will a combination of athletic defenders shut down Elmore? That should provide an early answer to how things go.
