Tony Bennett on relationship with father: "If I could be half the coach he is, I would be thankful. The reason I got into the profession, is I wanted to be with him at the end of his career."

The Bennett-Purdue curse continues???
20 years ago, Dick Bennett's Badgers beat Gene Keady's Boilers in an Elite Eight in Albuquerque. I also remember GB beating Purdue a couple times in the 90's in regular season games.
But I do remember a time a when GB (#14 seed) lost to Purdue (#3 seed) in a first round NCAA game. Little did we know that is was Dick's last game at GB.

Or a Purdue guard on that team would end up being the GB head coach.

Or a Purdue guard on that team would end up being the GB head coach. Yes. That is very true. I was at the game in Austin in 1995, and Linc coming off the bench. I still have the game program from that day.
