If GB is being bumped down on the priority list for dates at the Resch, GB should move more games to the Kress. Keep any Thurs-Sun home conference games at the Resch and everything else at the Kress.
As far as the on-court product, this team can't shoot and they can barely defend. The mediocrity will continue until these 2 things are fixed.

They can play Saturday night games at the Resch without it being a huge issue. I hate saying trust me but on this topic I will ask you to trust me.
One thing to keep in mind is averages. If Wisconsin came to GB that is a 10,000 ticket event. Marquette and Virginia is a 6500 ticket event. The baseline for a different D1 team is about 1800 tickets. GB is plus 8200 or plus 4700 with a big game. They play 14 regular season games. So those games add an average of 585/game or 335/game. Basic stuff I know but it actually highlights that the attendance issue is bigger than people might think. One game isn't propping up the 40% drop.
I do think the standard is at least regular season conference championships. I also don't think GB is that far away from that. However, I think the program and most of the league is down from 5, 10 and 15 years ago. So again I think this is a bigger issue than people think. It shouldn't just be about winning the league, it should be about elevating the program to be able to win multiple tournament games. It is a difficult but not insurmountable task. Sadly though the NE WI community needs to better understand the landscape of college hoops. Big wins cost money, so open up your check book and ask yourself how many big wins do you want? Do you want to create a mid major power or do you want to catch lightening in a bottle every few decades?

As for on the court there are some things into clean up but talent wise this team has the horses. They don't need a roster redo, just a piece.
I also think Linc has made adjustments, he just has a few more tweaks to make.
On the roster front there are two guys that don't look like they are long for GB. I wouldn't be surprised if one or two more pack up as well. The team is anywhere from one over the scholarship limit to needing to fill a spot or three.
