I have no problem with going after Abaev. The team needs a big man who can rebound and run, he certainly fits the bill. I don't have expectations that this guy is better than a Kenny Lowe type considering he doesn't seem to be able to shoot from anywhere but close to the hoop and he doesn't score a ton at the JUCO level.
