Toledo is playing Central Michigan on ESPN3 right now. Toledo up by 4 at half.
Pearson is not having a good game, but he has had a very good season. He sure would have looked good in a Green Bay uniform.

Toledo hung on for a 3 point win after blowing a 15 point lead.
Pearson ended with 20 points and 15 rebounds, Holliday had a good game and Smith was in foul trouble.
Marjerle played early in the season but has not played the second half of the season. I don't know whar his story is.
I like our team, but Pearson might have really helped after we lost Williams.

Majerle transferred closer to home because of a family illness. Kowalczyk predictably with a pillow soft schedule this year. His team is now 18-15, but it's RPI is just 250. Here's Demovsky's column yesterday about ex-Green Bay coaches.Pearson is very impressive, him and PG Juice Brown give them 2 building blocks. Now they need some size, defense, and rebounding.

Without Pearson and the cupcake schedule where would he really be? Wow a RPI of 250, I guess that would make them a cupcake on GB's schedule wouldn't it. TK's ploblem was he never could recruit a big let alone 2+ bigs we now have. He did have fair success with tweeners.

Nathan Boothe is the player you referenced and he received a grade of 85 in ESPN with the following writeup. Boothe is a true center that has a good body and plays pretty physical. He competes on both ends as well. In the post he h uses his good footwork to score with drop steps and shots over his left shoulder with his right hand with good touch. Boothe doesn't ... for full access to Recruiting Nation become an Insider
To me the analysis portrays him to be not very athletic. I am not an ESPN insider and was unable to get the rest of the information.

Toledo accepted a bid to the CIT. Maybe we'll see a GB / Toledo matchup if GB gets extended an invite?

Now that would be funny.....Student versus master, and former GB players and recruits versus their old team (or what would have been their old team).....
