DeMarius Jacobs is now going JUCO Not Juco, I believe he reclassified to 2018 and is going to a Prep in Arizona with his younger brother. With his brother committed to Kansas I would guess DeMarius feels like he might be able to get to that level with more time. Plus you never know if they want to do a package to a different high major if Kansas isn't interested in both. With the goal for everyone being the NBA there is a lot of this kind of movement that for me takes away from the purity of college hoops. The mid majors are facing an uphill battle even more so than ever.

Not sure about a Package deal, his younger brother is 2019 and the older one just reclassified to 2018 from 2017 so unless his brother will reclassify up, it want happen. I believe they going Prep to get grades up and try to qualify in the first place...

April 12th is fast approaching and Phoenix sports fans will then know who will be coming to GB. It should be interesting to see who Linc was able to bring into the fold. Also an added note regarding fan attendance at GB men's basketball games. I can remember a few years back when GB had a fairly decent fan base at the Brown County Arena. Then when GB moved to the Resch Center many of the faithful lost out on their excellent seats they enjoyed at the BCA because of the use of the points system. Personally speaking GB has npt fully recovered from using the point basis for seat assignment. From what I gather GB lost a lot of the faithful because of that. Plus all one has to do is take a look at how many students attend women's basketball games at the Kress Center a facility right on campus. It is shameful when you see so few students attending their games and they have been league champions for 18 consecutive years etc etc etc....but yet so few students in attendance. So it doesn't surprise me one bit the lack of fans at the Resch Center when so few students are in attendance. To say the very least it is shameful and all one has to do to confirm the lack of students attending GB Men's basketball games is to re-visit the ESPNU game GB played against Oakland at home this year. Pathetic....anyway...just speaking..

I'd like to hope Linc is at least looking at him. The Darrell Riley HOF is worth keeping an eye on, since he was starting and adding 10+ ppg until he redshirted the second half of the year.

6' 10 and 190 lbs is pretty skinny. Would need some wheaties for sure.... Linc did not recruit him to FSC. That is pretty thin but he does have some skills GB can use. I doubt he ends up here as he is from Virginia and has no ties that we know of to Darner. Did any of Linc's staff hold over at FSC? It would be nice if they still had a connection down there.

I totally forgot that Tyler Kelly was an assistant coach at FSC for his freshman year so GB does have a connection.

Best I can tell now is that the points system they have now is meaningless for seats with the exception of on the court seating. I know plenty of people who donate more than me and have been ticket holders longer than me that have worse seats than me and I see some people in 5 game packs with minimal or no donation who have the same or better seats than me that just started buying seats. I personally would prefer a system that does reward money and longevity. I also would not be opposed to a personal seat license that would require a donation for the purchase of better seats. That is a big part of how Bradley gets to 3,200,000 for their hoops budget.

That last scholarship opening should be interesting. I think another experienced big would be helpful. Timing and the current roster may work against a player I find intriguing. 2017 Powers North Central G Jason Whitens on receiving a D1 offer from North Dakota State.

Has Nick Fuller picked a school to transfer to?
He could play right away and we would have a scholarship available for 2018.
