Has anyone seen Vender Plas play this year, I know his season was cut short last year by an injury. The little bit I have seen on him this year makes it seem like his stock is rising. It would fun seeing some next generation players come through. Would he be a fit for this offence?

He's been offered by GB, also by Milwaukee and IUPUI. GB offered last in July 2015.

He stock is certainley rising. I know just the other night, Coach Jeter was at his game watching Vander Plas and Luke Loewe. I wonder when the last time UWGB was there to take in his game. Maybe we could do a double swoop and steal both Loewe and Vander Plas

I really hope our recruiting does not devolve into merely recruiting shooters when in reality we need good athletes. Maybe one of these guys would be okay but both would take away from more athletic types that would really help us.

I disagree, we need a mix of both shooters and athletes. Look at Wardle's team's, if someone played a 2-3 zone against us after we fell behind the game was over. I would take 3 athletes and 2 shooters on the court. Or vice versa.

There's many ways to beat a zone, it's not limited to just shooting 3s.
