Since we haven't been able to watch any of the new guys yet, see if any returning players have improved or really see how Linc's style will play out it might be inappropriate for me to write this. So based on just pure talent the two guys I like the most that GB has recruited in 2016 are Steffon Mitchell and Jordan Walker.

2016 F Taurus Adams picking up interest from Milwaukee, Lehigh, Green Bay, Portland St, Alabama A&M. @ny2lasports
How would Green Bay add another player?

Most programs see players transferring out every year. It would be no surprise if the Nix add a recruit in spring or summer.

I have little doubt a few guys will be leaving at the end of the year, that is just the way it is. I am not sure Adams is big enough for what I think the Phoenix need.

I don't really know who i would see leaving. MAYBE Kanter because of his limited role, but his playing time could increase down the stretch. Other than that, I don't see it likely anyone would leave.

Unless Jesperson is a great post presence then we are going to need Kanter to stay. If Kanter does leave (I dont think he will), then they will definitely need a JUCO big to help us out.

Jesperson does have a lot of beef on that frame.

I didn't realize Jesperson could shoot the three. That will be a big advantage. Potentially all 5 players on the court next year will be able to shoot em.

Guys leave, guys are asked to leave, guys graduate, guys drop out, coaches change, they break up with their girlfriend, they fall in love with someone far away...pretty much life happens. I don't have any feeling of one certain player leaving just that guys come and go. Aaron Armstead and D'Angelo Jackson were starters by the end of their first season in GB and neither returned. Guys from far away become homesick. Guys who didn't play moved on. I would be stunned if all 12 guys who are available to come back next year all return.

I am not cheering for anyone to leave, I prefer continuity and would like the Green Bay experience to be good for all the recruits, but gbphoenix1 is absolutely correct. The fact that Darner plays a style that is attractive to players and that he seems to have given everyone an opportunity may mean less turnover than prior years. It is fine with me if a coach is honest with a player about his prospects for playing time, but I don't like to see players forced out even though it may be common practice in some programs.
