I haven't seen any mock drafts as of late which include Keifer. Any news on if his stock has fallen that much?

This seems to be a very deep draft class and I could see keifer going anywhere from about 40 to being undrafted. The fact he has had 18 workouts means he is on many teams radars but with just 60 picks, it will take the right team to pick him. The 76ers have a ton of 2nd round picks and had Keifer workout twice so that would be a potential landing spot. He will get a chance to make somebody's team regardless this fall.

Yes it's his big night. I wish him well, he was a class act.

Sounds like Keifer will be signing with Cleveland as an undrafted free agent.

I think Keifer going to the Cavs for the Summer League will be a better professional move for him than getting drafted by a team like the 76ers. The Cavs are very short on players (I think they'll have 5 guys on the roster) and will need to rely on young, cheap talent for depth. Keifer will also get to shine on a summer league team that will likely not have much talent. He could have a chance to make a Norris Cole like impact.
It also doesn't hurt that Lebron is the defacto-GM, and will likely love the way Keifer plays the game.
One big bummer from last nights draft that probably went unnoticed. The Suns traded for Jon Leuer who fills the exact same role I would have expected Alec Brown to try to step into next season.

With the Cavs signing all of the big contracts to a few players only helps Keifer. They will have to stop the remaining roster spots with cheaper players to offset the larger ones. Not saying he isn't good enough but his lower salary will definitely help him.

I watched the game last night and thought he played pretty well. Had a chance to have a couple more assist but his teammates could not finish. His shot looked flat on a couple shots in second half but he nearly played the entire second half. Lots of energy as usual.

Sounds like with the recent moves the Cavs made to their roster, Keifer felt he had a better chance to make a roster/develope elsewhere

Keifer will be on WDUZ this morning at 9:30.
Such a smart move for him to sign with the Spurs. He'll get the coaching he needs to take the next step, and the Spurs need to develop another young PG after losing Cory Joseph this offseason.

Sounds like he has a good chance to end up in Austin for the Spurs D-league team

Surprised no one mentioned this but Keifer did indeed catch on with the Austin Spurs. They begin play on November 13th. Should have a good chance to make an impact.
