If GB is no longer the right fit for him then he should go where he feels it is the right fit.
Good luck and have a great 4 years of college and basketball wherever that may be!

What uwgb d1 to d2? Someone explain this? Everyone wants to bet on themselves, sometimes by the time you make that bet, you’re stuck with the worst cards left in the deck. Quite frankly, I have a hard time sympathizing with kids that do this an end up having to downgrade.

Godspeed on his journey. He's had a lot of growing up to do with the injury, rehab and college decisions. Klesmit's going to a quality D2 program.

I would guess that Sunny told him he wasn't a priority and encouraged him to go elsewhere. The timeline makes perfect sense given the ten days between when going to GB was his lifelong dream to re-opening his commitment. After watching him a couple times in high school, I have a hard time seeing how he was going to fit anyway.

When he decommited form uwgb a bunch of Wisconsin fans on twitter thought he was going to Wisconsin to play with his brother max. He must of not wanted to be a walk on? He could be a star at northern Michigan and transfer to uwgb in the future?

Because it was likely not fully his choice to leave.

It is thankfully a new season, but last year's NMU team would have beaten UWGB pretty handily.

Northern Michigan is coached by former Green Bay manager Matt Majkrzak. He's a terrific young coach who just won the Gliac Conference title, ahead of big name coaches like John Tharp.
If Green Bay were to add a Northern Michigan player, Max Weisbrod would fit our new system well
