Tuesday 7pm at the Resch. Do or die, let's see what this GB team is made of.
I think I will go, just need 3999 more like minded people. If you are on the fence, borrow a tagline from Nike...Just Do It...get to the game and get loud.
UIC ended GB's path to the big dance 2 years ago. That can't happen again, especially at home.

Looking forward to round 3 with UIC- two very good games for very different reasons with the flames so far this year. Sitting much closer to the floor than normal too.
Who is going to step up and be Sultan Mohammed tonight to knock out UIC?

It sounds like UIC is bringing a fan bus up tonight so hopefully there aren’t more UIC students than GB students at the game tonight.
Also, it sounds like the GB student section will be in section 215 tonight which I don’t believe is their normal section. Free t-shirts for the first 150 students so hopefully they take advantage of that.

215 is the Nest, I think. That is a good spot for students if I have that right.
I know that change has to do with the HL tournament rules for home games.
I think the band had to move in the past as well.

If UIC is bringing a bus it is probably a school bus full of little kids... just like all of their home games.

He may have disappeared from GB shortly after that Friday night corner 3 ball but that memory stays with us all.

That makes it even better.

On to Wright St! Looked like a pretty fun atmosphere at the game tonight! Wish I could’ve been there. Just sucks we have to wait until Monday for their next game.... but I’m happy we got the win!

Terrible attendance 1729. Wright st had 4900. The crowd stood the last three mins and it actually felt like a college basketball atmosphere despite the small crowd. Had the crowd got involved sooner it may not have been such a nail biter. You can tell the players feed off the crowd when they get loud.
Just sad they can’t even get 2000 for a tourney game. People around here just don’t care about Green Bay basketball enough anymore or at least not enough to see it in person.
I’m just hoping for a close game Monday but not expecting much.
I thought Green Bay being a trendy pick to win conference by some online was the kiss of death but glad they pulled it out as Ferguson couldn’t miss and it didn’t look good.
If they finish 17-16 do they play in the cbi or cit? I really hope not. My guess is it will take one more win to consider one of those pointless tournaments.
They are going to miss Sandy’s defense way more than his offense. He would have been a great fit on Wardles teams. Bell has really improved his game from his frosh year as well. If this team had Sandy one more year I would pick them win conference next year instead they will be 3-4 again.
Are parham and Jevon on the team anymore? Parham is listed as a senior but wasn’t honored on senior day?
Why did Christ play in the first half after not playing the last few games?

Just got back to Milwaukee, I had to make the trip up for this one.
Good crowd atmosphere, haven't felt that in several years, and you can tell it helped us.
Honestly, the game shouldn't have been as close as it was, UIC just kept making ridiculous shots and got bailed out by some very questionable officiating. I think McCloud is the X-factor the rest of the tournament...he kept getting clutch buckets when they mattered the most. Wright State is certainly a beatable team on a neutral court and I hope we can keep up the momentum from our last win against them.
I'll also pat myself on the back for almost exactly predicting the final score above

1729 for attendance is disappointing but you could tell that they only sold tickets to fill the center areas therefore it looked like a lot more.
Student section had way more than usual too. Student support has to be addressed for next year.
