I'm starting to warm back up to Borseth a little. Mainly it's because he seems willing to keep the Buzz defense as a weapon, and adapt his style to the current players.
Still a few concerns. Bollant expanded his recruiting outside of NE Wisconsin. Did Borseth limit himself to the local girls because of the limitations on the program or because that's all he wanted to look for? He needs to continue to combine the local stars with young women from the rest of the Midwest.
Borseth teams never seemed deep to me. IMO, he relied on one or two stars to carry the load. The Bollant teams were not bench deep, but had 5 or 6 players who could score at any time. Can Borseth recruit to keep that trend up (and avoid the Dixon, Witkowski, or Faase type players who never seemed to develop).
Finally, people keep saying Borseth is here for 10+ years and then to retire. A lot of people thought that after he took the Colorado job and came back. Then he leaves a year later. Rumors out of Michigan say that he was told he would be out after next year. Perhaps this is a proactive move? I don't buy that he is necessarily here for the long run.

I know Matt said he would hold a spot for Mike D., but I have yet to see an official release announcing Mike D.'s hiring. Did I miss it? Is it possible he has another opportunity?

I think Kevin will be here for two reasons. First I can't imagine that he is that far off from some sort of pension. He makes a lot of money and over the last 5 years did well for himself. Yet it isn't like he is a multi millionaire so I think a Pension would be pretty nice on top of his other savings in retirement. Second, I don't think other high majors would rush to hire him. He isn't a spring chicken, he backed out on Colorado and he didn't exactly dominate at Michigan. As great as he was for GB and probably will be again, I am just not sure he is the kind of guy that is going to get hired away to a top line women's hoops team anytime soon with those red flags on his resume.
