Welp...when in doubt, schedule Stout.
It feels like all the positive momentum of two nice wins over Northern Illinois and Belmont has evaporated after that incredibly disappointing loss at Bowling Green on Saturday.
Time for a get right game tonight before going off to Creighton and Michigan State this weekend.
7:00 PM tip at the Kress Center tonight. There's also an ESPN3 broadcast tonight allegedly.

It was kind of a sloppy game with guys trying to make highlight plays at times. I can't blame them though, after Saturday having a little fun is probably a good thing...as long as the habits don't hang around going forward.
Some positives we're the FT shooting. It was so much better. Also, seeing Pipes come out hot is good after a slow shooting start to the season. Kam made some pull up shots as well. I would love to see him dial in.
Biggest negative was 1100 people at the game. It seemed like a decent student turnout so paying customers were light. Also, I hope that is an actual and not sold tickets number. That wouldn't be a good sign for the number of season ticket holders. Also, the 2500 avg per game of last year is going to be hard to catch as the 3 Kress games have been anchors so far.

I still think scheduling a middle of the road D3 program is a waste of time in terms of competition. Better to get a D2 opponent or a Top 10 D3 program.
