Now I am waiting for someone to put together a good Green Bay focused podcast! I am trying to put something together, no promises on the “good” aspect though 😂 Count me in!

Rumor mill has former Detroit Piston Lindsey Hunter as being interested in the UDM job. He is currently an assistant at Buffalo. He played for the Pistons for 12 years and seems like a reasonable name in the market. From an outsiders perspective this doesn't seem like a bad candidate.
If that does happen I am pretty sure Jermaine Jackson and his son will be moving on. Detroit is likely to be a deep hole for next year.

At the time I was pretty intrigued by the 4 man class Milwaukee had coming in. They had everyone committed in the fall and seemed like they were set for 2018-19. Now one player decommitted. One player only averaged 2 points per game and shot terribly at JUCO. One player is going to a Prep school. At least the only player who stayed is probably the best one.
Milwaukee looks to have 8 pretty solid players on their roster but they still have up to 5 scholarships to fill and it is April 11th. That isn't good if they run into any in season player attrition.
I thought it was interesting that one of their walk on players is going to D2 and he specifically thanked LaVall Jordan but not Patrick Baldwin.
Just my guess but I think Te'Jon Lucas ends up at Bradley and not Milwaukee. Jimmy Foster is a Milwaukee guy and Bradley looks positioned to be competitive at the top of the MVC for a while to come. From what I understand Lucas is leaving Illinois for fit not homesickness.

Other Detroit candidates are apparently Ernie Ziegler, Jay Smith and Todd Lickliter. I will LMAO if they end with Ziegler or Smith. Those guys had chances at CMU and didn't do squat. Lickliter at least is proven at the Mid Major level though he is kind of old.
Marquette has 3 kids on their roster from Detroit and very interested in a 2019 recruit from Detroit. UDM should figure out what MU assistant is making connections with these kids and at least try and get a conversation going.

Mass exodus happening in Milwaukee This sucks. I’m by no means a Panther fan, but I never want to see this happen to any program.

I like being better than Milwaukee but I hate to see that program dragged down to the depths they were a couple years back and the way it appears they will be next year. Sure looks like a team that will struggle to win a handful of Horizon League games.
Seeing whats happened in Milwaukee, Detroit, and Youngstown State this off season will keep the Horizon in the 20s in conference RPI
