Santos is a a loser. I know that's harsh. He has talent but doesn't know how to apply it. He is the kind of guy to run his mouth but not run back on defense. His missed dunk at the Resch was great because he subbed out with a bad hamstring yet 3 minutes later he was running around no problem. He seems to have an ego and like I have said in the past UIC may have talent but they are going to have a hard time holding onto it. The guys they recruit think they're the man and some of them are going to need to be role players. UIC isn't the level that some of these guys will be able to accept that when they have people in their ear telling how great they are.

Another guy like Kanter that has no business playing in the NBA. Taking advantage of the new rules put in last year and getting feedback. Guessing he will be back

Outside of Mark Hughes, the Raiders might be very, very bad next year.

I know Hogan is a good statistical player for Detroit but I don't see him as a winner. For teams like Detroit or Cleveland State losing players isn't the worst thing as they were not actually winning a lot with the players they have. Alstork and Kanter were contributing to teams that were winning so I view that as a loss for the league.

Assistant coach Ron "chin" Coleman is leaving UIC to join the staff at Illinois. From what I understand this guy is responsible for bringing a lot of Chicago based players to UIC and before that Bradley. I will be curious to see what talent flows to UIC without this guy.

It's a shame how these guys let others get in their ear and they begin to have visions of grandeur. Anyway, with Dikembe Dixson coming back and Jordan Blount coming back as well from a "year maturing redshirt", Santos' minutes might not have been what they were this past season.
