Vegas has us as a 1 point underdog, while RealTimeRPI has us as 11 point dogs with a 30% chance of winning
Really hope we can end the 13 game road losing streak as well as the 9 game losing streak in Dayton tonight. A first round home game in the conference tournament is crucial for this team

Early in the year it felt like GB would dominate the glass but not get big rebounds when the game was on the line. Poor free throw shooting in the late part of games also cost them.
I don't want to assume that one game means those issues are fixed and lessons were learned but last night GB played down the stretch like a team that was supposed to win. They grabbed the key boards, they made their free throws and they forced mistakes instead of making them. It feels good to get a road win especially in Dayton!
With three more conference games on the road they need to be able to repeat it.
Also, I was really impressed with Alec Brown last night. He took his time and finished some really difficult shots that I thought he was rushing early in the year. Keifer had a few cross over dribbles that created a ton of open space, I'm not sure many players in the HL can guard that.

Many of the same things I said earlier. In the last 3-5 min. of the game they almost seemed afraid, tight, whatever you want to call it. I felt they were trying to hard to win and just needed to win a few close games to get some confidence. Well they've finished out a couple of close games at home and maybe now found they could do it on the road. What can you say about Brown and Sykes other than awesume. Cougill has had many good games and a few so so. But he does bring leadership and maybe his biggest fault is trying to do to much. The rest are finding their roles and accepting them, Kam was off but made up for it with his steady play at the FT line. Armstead the last 2-3 weeks has been a real suprise. I was starting to think he was a mistake. But now I can see a future star, just needs time to develop. Last but not least Wardle has learned to adjust and is becoming a budding star too. Way to go Phoenix, the way you have finished off many of the games since YSU have been impressive.

Armstead the last 2-3 weeks has been a real suprise. I was starting to think he was a mistake. But now I can see a future star, just needs time to develop I agree, Armstead is starting to find his role. He is at his best creating offense for others right now. Early in the year he was trying to be a scorer. With a good offseason of shooting and strength work, he might become that scorer. He has potential to be a very complete player. -Wright St always impresses me with there defense. However, I think their slow paced offense really hurts their recruiting and has put a ceiling on that program. They'll be good next year, but I don't see them as a league title contender anytime soon. -Anybody notice the 24 point beatdown WSU put on UWM today? UWM has really hit their ceiling, they just don't have any special talents.

-Anybody notice the 24 point beatdown WSU put on UWM today? UWM has really hit their ceiling, they just don't have any special talents. I watched the Milwaukee/WSU game, it is hard to believe we lost twice to them. On their message board they are not even bothering to blame the refs. After the Detroit loss they were claiming some type of conspiracy against UWM. If the refs have it in for UMW, it sure did not show up in the Green Bay games.
