Trev is off to a great start this season. He's averaging nearly 30 points per game in SPASH's 3-0 start to the season. Just a heads up for Green Bay area folks that Anderson and SPASH play at De Pere next Friday (Dec 18). Here's video from this past weekend when Anderson scored 30 in an 80-55 win over Milwaukee Riverside ( video courtesy Midwest Baller)

Just reminding everyone that tonight is the night Trevor plays in De Pere. Go see him. He's a joy to watch, and as I've said before, he'll be an absolute star at Green Bay.
Simply Green Bays best in-state recruit since Tony Bennett.

That's the first chance I got to see Anderson this year. He's going to be a good one. He looks like he could have a physical build similar to Khalil Small, but will come to UWGB a bit more polished.
He's not an exceptional athlete, but he looks strong and very skilled at everything you want a combo guard to be skilled at. I think he plays a shooting guard with a dash of PG thrown in to spell Brown who I think would start at PG.

Anyone think he will start right away? I like what I see from Small and Brown at this point, it's gonna be tough

I think he starts as a sophomore, but next year in his freshman year there will be a ton of experienced guys in front of him. You'll have the 5th year transfer guard from Bradley, Cooper, Small, the Brown brothers all ahead of him most likely. I think after the 2 senior guards leave, he'll have a decent shot at starting in 2017-18.
He's good enough to challenge to start as a freshman, but I think the coaching staff might just want to let him get used to the college game slowly as there will be plenty of experience in front of him. With Green Bay's uptempo style, I think at minimum he gets heavy minutes as a frosh as an early guy off the bench.

Watched Anderson again vs Germantown. I said he'd start as a sophomore at UWGB, but wow, he is so impressive, he could potentially supplant one of the veterans UWGB has as a frosh. His basketball IQ is incredibly high for a young guy.

I didn't realize he was that good of a 3 point shooter, it's really impressive. Let's hope he can carry that to the next level! 29 points in the game with 6:20 left in the game. WOW

I really think his 3 point shooting will translate to the next level. He seems to get himself set and balanced quickly and has a nice shooting stroke. He'll get open 3s in transition at UWGB, and there's enough other talent around that he'll get some open opportunites. He's not like Sykes who could jump 45 inches to get his shot off, but with some help from others, I'm sure he'll be able to get some open shots here and there.

I also watched the Germantown game on TWC Sports and I was very impressed. He is different than other guards GB has had in that he isn't the biggest athlete. However, he just had such a good pace to his game, his ball handling was so solid and his shot was quick and smooth. On his drives he really used his body well. I am very excited to have him join the Phoenix and I for sure see him playing right away and starting by his sophomore year. His freshman year will still have Findlay, Brown x 2, Cooper, Small and Jones. His sophomore year will be him, Small and Brown x 2.

Per Mark Miller tweet: "Stevens Point senior Trev Anderson is averaging 25.6 ppg and shooting 57 percent from beyond the arc (63 of 111) for 57 percent." We should be able to find room for him on the roster.
