Sonny Wicks said the assistant coaching staff could be finalized in the next couple of days. The introduction wasn’t very long. But was interesting. Yeah all about going in better direction.

On the root for Wisconsin podcast yesterday coach wicks talked about how about two were offensive coaches. I think Reynolds’s is a offensive coach because he was talking a young gun offensive coach always having new ideas. And one was a defensive coach. I think pat is the defensive coach and Zach is the offensive coach but I could be wrong.

Maybe another D2 assistant as well. Zach Malvik at Winona State? Two of three ain't bad.

2 of the 3 that the board got right? Nick Reynolds’s was a name I saw Jim Sarow follow on Twitter.

Rahmon Fletcher is joining the staff. He's starting in June. He will be involved in player development. Good to have him back home.

He was going to be a assistant coach if Jimmie foster had been hired instead of Will Ryan. I loved rahmoen fletcher he was the first uwgb player i saw at point guard him and Troy cotton. Great the university and uwgb mens basketball is doing this. Coach fletcher had a great career in Europe he can bring his experience as a uwgb player has first hand knowledge of being a uwgb player. Uwgb is on the rise. You have fletcher working so the the guards uwgb will be better. Fletcher was tough. Uwgb will be better at free throws.

Fletcher is one of my all time favorites and I date back to the beginning. The three-headed monster of Fletcher, Bree Perine and Troy Cotton was deadly as hell. That just goes to show the strength of the Horizon League in that era - 2009-10 Green Bay would have won the 2021-22 HL. Hell, the 2010-11 Phoenix could have won the league this last year and they finished seventh.

Agreed that Rahmon is one of my favorite Phoenix ever. Thrilled he is back with the program after a stellar pro career.

Rahmon Fletcher will be a excellent player development coach whatever that is? I assume it’s assistant. Working with players but maybe not calling plays during games? It’s more of teaching?

On the zoom call there all the assistants introduced themselves. Pat coached at Loyola when it was in the horizon in 2010 so this is his 3rd horizon league stint. pretty cool. Rahmoen Fletcher new coach gave a little speech. Sounds like he will be impactful. Wicks glowed about Fletcher.
