I might just be in a negative mood right now but Phoenix fans have to be prepared. Bross is a long way away from being a D1 player. I know he needs time and work but I watched him play and I also wonder if he has the coordination it takes to play at this level. I hope he puts my concerns to rest, I obviously want a guy this big to succeed for GB. I am just not sure how long it will take for him to put it together.

The article states the Green Bay center will be graduating next year, hopefully we will have Brown for two years. In any case, I would not expect much from Bross for a few years, and if he develops into a contributer, we will have to give credit to the coaches.
Green Bay is not risking much and it is certainly worth giving him a chance to develop.

I think Bross, the coaches and fans are entering this one with eyes wide open. It's cool the kid has a shoot at D1 ball. In most cases big guys take time to develop no matter what.

No wories about that, the article is loaded with errors, or they could have been referring to Cougill as a center. The big Bross project will take time, but he seems to have work ethic. That work ethic will give him a chance to develop into a player if he avoids injury.
